Our guidelines are, as well as your rights and our duties, presented below bringing our purchasing policy. Here, you will find all necessary information about payment methods, return, exchange policy and delivery deadlines.
It’s always important to remember that when you receive your order, you must check:
- whether the package (box) is sealed;
- whether the products are intact (not broken);
- whether the products are fully in accordance with the invoice delivered with your order.

Our current delivery terms are:
São Paulo – from 2 to 4 working days.
Southeast region – from 4 to 6 working days.
South region – from 5 to 6 working days.
Midwest region – from 6 to 7 working days.
Northeast region – from 8 to 10 working days.
North region – from 15 to 21 working days.
Grupo Gouveia Brasil commits itself to maintain inventories of products to promptly attend the orders, however, if, by any chance, the receipt of the stock is in process of arrival, the deadline can also suffer changes.
We are always trying to bring the best possible conditions of delivery (price/term), but it’s always necessary to look at the following conditions:
1) The deadline starts after the payment confirmation and credit release by financials institutions (banks and/or card operators)
2) Delays beyond the deadline indicated by Grupo Gouveia Brasil may occur, for reasons of major force, such as transportation, accidents, weather, among others. The Grupo Gouveia Brasil is always available through service channels to assist in such situations.
3) Deliveries aren’t carried out on weekends.
4) It’s not possible to schedule the deliveries. Make sure that will always be someone in the delivery address informed, to receive the purchase. Pay attention to the right address when ordering. After the first unsuccessful delivey attempt, another delivery tax might be charged.
5) The deadlines might be altered in times of great demand, as Christmas and New Year.
You will always receive from Grupo Gouveia Brasil, in your e-mail, informing, in time of the order, the payment release confirmation and shipment of the order.
Exchanges and Returns
The products can be exchanged within 7 (seven) days after receiving the same. The exchange will be done if the product is in perfect conditions and in its original package. The return delivery fee will be on behalf of the consumer, unless the mistake was made by Grupo Gouveia Brasil.
The return solicitation must be by e-mail: email@example.com, always informing:
-The product being exchanged
-Motive of the return
Change of merchandise with other values:
In case the new requested product has a higher price than the previous one, the Grupo Gouveia Brasil will charge the difference, requesting a new authorization for debit card or even a deposit on account, to be informed through e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
In case the new requested product has a lower price than the previous one, the Grupo Gouveia Brasil will return the price charged in the credit card, or make a deposit on the clients account.
The client can even opt to have a credit that could be used in future purchases.
Devolution (order cancellation)
The purchases can be returned in a 7 (seven) days deadline. The return solicitation must be sent to the following e-mail – email@example.com always informing:
-The product being returned
-Motive of the devolution
The return delivery fee will be on behalf of the consumer, unless the mistake was made by Grupo Gouveia Brasil.
Exchange or return package:
In both situations (devollution or exchange) the product must always be returned in its original package. If not possible, the Grupo Gouveia Brasil must be informed before the shipping.
The package must have the product itself and/or accessories noted in the invoice. If missing, the product and/or accessorie might have a delay in devollution.
The products must be properly packed, and the package must be shipped to the following address:

1) In case of devollution and/or cancelation requested by the clients initiative and without reason that justifies the situation, the costs will be the clients responsabilities.
2) If the request occurs after the product’s been shipped to the company responsible for the delivery, the fee will also be the clients responsabilities.
Grupo Gouveia Brasil’s responsabilities:
1) In case of any problem with the product, such as error delivering the product or another mistake of Grupo Gouveia Brasil responsability.
Grupo Gouveia Brasil is 100% commited to protect your privacy. We won’t sell or pass any information about our clients, business partners or visitor. All information sent to us remain confidencial, except those required to judicial determination or other legal proccess.
Grupo Gouveia Brasil doesn’t collect any information about the consumers, except when presented specifically by the consumer him/herself, whom must, explicity, agree with the collect.
In these case, Grupo Gouveia Brasil won’t pass the information to any part outside of the group and its credit card processing and logistic agents, through which the consumer made the purchase.
The credit card numbers presented in the payment form are managed by the credit card processors and, in no moment, remain in our database.
